About Shrkity
Business
services
deserve
an
operating
system.
Saudi Arabia digitised its government. The firms who operate it for thousands of companies still run on chat, spreadsheets and memory. Shrkity is the layer in between, where the work actually happens.
Why now
The Kingdom went digital. The work in between didn’t.
Qiwa, Muqeem, Balady, ZATCA, the platforms are excellent. But operating them for thousands of companies is still a craft passed around in group chats: renewals kept in someone’s head, approvals buried under stickers, fines discovered after the fact.
The gap isn’t in the portals. It’s in the operating layer between them and the companies they serve. That layer is what we build.
15+
government platforms a single firm touches on behalf of its clients, each with its own logins, languages and deadlines.
Our mission
One place to design a service, run it, get paid for it, and prove it happened.
What we believe
The principles behind the product.
One live record beats a hundred status calls.
Every order, document and riyal exists exactly once, and everyone allowed to see it sees the same thing, at the same moment.
A deadline should warn you before it costs you.
Dates act early, renewals open themselves, and nobody finds out at the airport.
Both sides deserve the same truth.
The firm that runs the work and the company that owns it watch the same record move. No forwarded PDFs, no “where is it now?”
Trust is architecture, not a marketing badge.
An append‑only audit on everything, permissions that reshape the whole interface, devices you can see.
Arabic first, never translated later.
Both apps are born bilingual, RTL‑true, in light and dark. The Kingdom’s language is not an afterthought here.
What we build
Two apps, one connected record.
For service providers
The desktop that runs the firm.
A workflow studio, an execution cockpit, verified money and nine dashboards, the whole practice in one window.
Tour the desktopFor the companies they serve
The free app that keeps them in control.
Approvals, payments, signatures and live tracking from a phone, at no cost, forever.
Read their storyAnd underneath both, one REST API for the systems you already run.
12
Saudi government platforms modeled as runnable workflows, from Qiwa to ZATCA.
6
atomic step types compose any government workflow.
2
apps on one record: desktop for providers, mobile for companies.
100%
of state changes captured in an immutable audit trail.
What sets us apart
Built around how Saudi government work actually happens.
Every workflow, price rule and document type maps to something real on Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem or ZATCA — down to the messy edge cases most tools quietly ignore.
That’s the difference between software that demos well and software that survives a real quarter of compliance work.
Workflows speak the Kingdom’s platforms, with the right fee for every entity type.
Every action is timed and recorded on a trail neither side can edit.
Every screen ships in Arabic and English, RTL‑true, light and dark.
