You own your data
You keep ownership of the documents and data you submit, and grant us only the rights needed to operate the service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shrkity. Please read them carefully. They apply whether you operate a service firm on the desktop workspace or use the company mobile app to track and act on your orders.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Shrkity, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. Where you act for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Access to provider workspaces is governed by role-based permissions, and providers are responsible for the roles they assign to their team.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use it to violate any applicable law or regulation. We may suspend access where use threatens the security or integrity of the platform.
4. Connections between providers and companies
Shrkity lets a company connect to a service provider by invite link or QR code, and grant access scoped to its personal account and named companies. You control which providers can see your records and may change a provider's access or disconnect at any time. Providers may only act within the scope a company has granted, and every action is recorded in an audit trail.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) on the cycle shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclude applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Government fees processed through the platform are passed through and are separate from subscription fees. The companies a provider serves use the mobile app at no platform cost, though they remain responsible for the service fees and government fees on their own orders.
6. Invoicing and taxes
Invoices are issued with 15% Saudi VAT calculated on line items, and may be produced as ZATCA Phase-2 e-invoices with a QR payload and a tamper-evident hash chain. You are responsible for reviewing invoices and for any taxes arising from your use of the service that are not collected by us.
7. Intellectual property
Shrkity and its software, design and content are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the data and documents you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will meet every requirement. Shrkity assists with compliance workflows but does not replace your obligation to meet the requirements of the relevant government authorities.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where use threatens the platform, or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends, while provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) continue to apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the product. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute relating to the service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom.
13. Contact us
If you have questions about these Terms, we are glad to help. You can read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data, or reach out directly.
